DART Annual All-hands Meeting

The Annual All-hands Meeting and Poster Competition should be attended by all project faculty, students, industry partners, administrative committee members, evaluators, and external advisory board members.

The annual meeting provides an opportunity for the project members to share their progress with the External Advisory Board and the Industry Advisory Board, as well as members of the Science Advisory Committee.

Due to ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, the Annual All-hands Meeting has been broken up into two events for 2021.

Phase 1  |  May 18 and May 20, 2021
DART Annual Review with External Advisory Board members

During this meeting the EAB and project leadership will have an opportunity to meet each other. The EAB will be learning about the project details and the project leadership will present the first year’s progress against the strategic plan and evaluation plan on file with NSF. The EAB will write a report that will be submitted to NSF (report guidance will be provided).

  • Day 1: 8AM – 10AM CST Plenary Discussion with EAB and Project Leadership (Central Office Administration and Scientific Steering Committee); During this time, EAB members will be able to ask questions
  • Day 2: 8AM – 10AM CST Closed EAB Discussion- Project Leadership Available for support; During this meeting, the EAB chair will provide additional report guidance and EAB will delegate report writing duties as appropriate.
