YR 3 All Hands Meeting and Student Poster Competition in Springdale, Arkansas
The annual All-Hands Meeting and Poster Competition provides an opportunity for the project members to share their progress with the External Advisory Board and the Industry Advisory Board, as well as members of the Science Advisory Committee.

Travel Reimbursement
We encourage all campuses to use their DART sub-agreement travel funds for participants attending the conference.
If campus travel funds have been exhausted, please contact the EPSCoR Central Office.
Student Poster Competition
Students are strongly encouraged to present a physical #BetterPoster style poster during the event to compete for travel awards and network with our external advisory board members.
The posters should be printed out and brought to the conference. AEDC will provide easels and boards on which posters can be displayed in the poster hall at the 2023 All-Hands Meeting. Poster Competition Winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for both undergraduate and graduate category) will be announced during the meeting. With permission, the submissions will also be shared on social media.
